Henogen’s Service Offer: From gene to patientQuality ControlHenogen’s QC team offers a wide range of standard quality control assays. A part of them is involved in process control and batch release such as sterility tests, bacteriostasis and fungistasis assays, endotoxin level, mycoplasma detection, host cell protein quantification, purity, stability, etc...Another part is involved in environmental control: -water for injection and purified water monitoring ( heavy metals and nitrates quantification, total organic carbon, conductivity, endotoxin, total viable aerobic count, tests for specified organisms including identification and quantification) - surface/air/workers microbial contamination controls. Henogen’s QC lab is equipped with an aseptic room for sterility testing and with another BL2 room for viral or bacterial handling of class 2 microorganisms. |
